UK Charts: Switch Games Make Up Half Of The Top Ten, But FIFA Steals Animal Crossing’s Crown

UK physical chart data is now in for the week ending 17th April, revealing that Animal Crossing: New Horizons has slipped from last week’s top spot.

Once again, New Horizons finds itself toing and froing with FIFA 21; EA’s popular footie sim reigns supreme this week with most sales coming from the PS4 version.

Elsewhere, though, Nintendo’s had another stellar week in the UK. Five of the top ten are exclusive to Switch (that’s including Minecraft which, in the data below, only includes sales of the Switch version specifically), and Monster Hunter Rise is still doing well in seventh.

For anyone interested in Super Mario 3D All-Stars‘ steady decline since being officially discontinued, the compilation landed in 20th spot this week, down from 11th.
